1698951 - Error: KRBError Pre-authentication information was invalid, received from the stdout.log

Symptom

When trying to manually login to InfoView using a Windows AD account, the following error is displayed:

Account Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication
failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make
sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again. If you are
not a member of the default domain, enter your user name as
UserName@DNS_DomainName, and then try again. (FWM 00006)

In the Tomcat stdout.log there is the following error message:
KRBError
error code is 24
error Message is Pre-authentication information was invalid

Login with an AD account using a client tool (Designer, Webi Rich Client, etc) is working
