Symptom

  • The following error appears when translating reports in other languages:
    Error(TMT000000)
    org.apache.Axis2.AxisFault: Unable to find server in CMS <CMS> and cluster <@CLUSTER> with kind pjs and services translationService. All such server could be down or disabled by Administrator. (FWM01014).

  • Unable to translate the BI reports.
