1699425 - Start of WebIProcessingServer failed

Symptom

'WebIntelligence Processing Server' stays in the 'Stopped' status and it is not possible to restart the 'WebIntelligence Processing Server'

  • Restarting SIA also does not help to start the 'WebIntelligence Processing Server'
  • Following error is seen in  the 'WebIntelligence Processing Server' log
  • Error message found in the WPS trace :
    **ERROR:cdzadmmgr:unable to retrieve the GenericContainer::IContainerPluginManager singleton object : CoCreateInstance failed [/build/psbuild/PT2/src/RepoAccess/export/iface/container/pluginsIContainerPluginManager.h;160]�
  • Another possible error: **ERROR:GenericContainer_ContainerPluginManagerImpl:WebiPlugin version=1.0 plugin not loaded [ContainerPluginManagerImpl.cpp;420]
