1700251 - ESI - How to configure Web Service Providers and Consumers without authentication in an ABAP system

When creating a runtime configuration (a binding or a logical port) in transaction SOAMANAGER, it is not possible to select the No authentication option. The option is missing or grayed out - depending on the SAP_BASIS release of the system.
