1700652 - Error: "Transform is not licensed" - Data Services

Symptom

  • Error:  "VAL-030923"
  • Transform <transform name> is not licensed.
  • The keycodes are correct and are not expired.
  • There are no expired keycodes in the registry or all expired keycodes in the registry have been removed.
  • Can add the transform to a job and configure it, but cannot run the job without errors about licenses or keycodes.
  • In some cases, weird Engine version is showing up when look at versions Designer Help > About - Job Engine version 12.2.3.3.E1 would show up no matter what version was installed.
