1700762 - Voyager takes long to populate Metadata when the cube is having more than 2000 Measures

Symptom

  • Performance is considerable degraded if the cube contain more than 2200 Measures that organized into folder & Subfolders
  • Drilling down is being impacted due to the amount of measures
  • The MDE (Metadata Explorer) takes about 20 minutes or more to display the folders below and sometimes even times out.
  • There are calculated measures on the cube
