1701553 - XML process ID does not get updated in Infotype 0065 through the update manager

Symptom

After polling of efiling incoming records using transaction RPUEFI_START_POLL ; Infotype 0065 shows Incoming XML Process ID  (GBLID) as blank ,even though the Update Manager shows successful update.
