1702013 - BPC-NW : CX_CON_AUTHENTIFICATION_ERROR Not able to retrieve users list, or any security feature. No table to copy or delete Environment. Not able to access dimensions. Getting dump exception

Symptom

Cannot Copy or Delete Environment set in BPC 10 NW Web Admin Page, getting messages:

Unable to delete the environment(s)

or

Environment Copy has failed

With details in blank.

Or

When trying to manage any Security feature in BPC 10 NW Web Admin Page it keeps Loading… and nothing is listed. One of the following messages is showed:

Users could not be retrieved

Error occurred while retrieving the list of teams

Error occurred while retrieving the list of task profiles
task.PNG

Error occurred while retrieving the list of data access profiles
data.PNG

All with details:

Unhandled Error (HTTP Status:500): unmarshal.invalid.xml

 

Or

When trying to access Dimension in BPC 10 NW Web Admin Page it keeps Loading… and nothing is listed. The following message is being showed:

Error occurred while retrieving the dimension

With details:

An exception of the type 'CX_CON_AUTHENTIFICATION_ERROR' occurred that was not caught anywhere along the call hierarchy. It was neither handled locally nor declared with a RAISING clause.

Transaction ST22 shows dump error with exception CX_CON_AUTHENTIFICATION_ERROR showing short text:

User is locked. Please notify the person responsible

Or

Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)
