1702410 - Error when creating a connection for the EPM Add-in with BPC 10

In the SAP BusinessObjects EPM Add-in, when creating a connection to SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation (BPC) version 10 for Microsoft, the following error message is displayed:

• Unable to contact the server. There was no endpoint listening at http://<servername>/session?method=Get.

When expanding the dialog box of the error by clicking the Details button, the following message is displayed:

• Framework message:
  The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
