1702465 - Default values in Prompts are disappear when reports are transported from one BW server to another BW server

Creating prompts in Crystal Reports and setting default values in Crystal Reports on those prompts makes the report lose the default values when the reports are transported from one BW server to another BW server.

• Crystal Reports 2011
• BI 4.0
• SAP BW

1. Create a CR report against a SAP BW without variables
2. Add prompts in Crystal Reports (CR prompts / NOT Bex variables)
3. Set a default value on your prompts
4. Publish the CR report to the BW backend and then transport it to another BW server backend
5. In Infoview open report in the new environment and check if the default value is still there on your CR prompt.
6. Value has disappeared and need to fill them in each time to run report.
7. use the import wizard instead to migrate the reports the default values work but the dynamic prompts on bex variables and the personalization thereof does not work.
