1702738 - When changing the "Preferred Viewing Locale" setting to another Language in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, it do not display the Monthname and ToText Function in the choosen language.

When changing the "Preferred Viewing Locale" setting in the View-Menu to another Language (German, French, English, etc) in Crystal Reports for Enterprise then it do not display the Monthname and ToText Function in the choosen language.

1. create a CR report
2. create a CR formula:

totext( CurrentDate, "yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss MMM") & ' - ' & Monthname(Month(CurrentDate) )

3. Use this formula in the report to get shown
4. Change the preferred viewing locale from de to us to fr 
5. The monthname-text language don't changes, only a change of the product locale has an effect of textchange
   Note: With Crystal Reports 2011 the Monthname - text languages was successfully changed
