Symptom

  • When trying to save a Web Intelligence document to the root Personal Categories or Corporate Categories, cannot find check box beside Personal Categories or Corporate Categories
  • Highlight Personal Categories or Corporate Categories to save the document, the document is not saved to the either root categories
