1703505 - Connecting to a perspective from MSAS 2005 or 2008 throws an error Cannot find hierarchy.

Symptom

  • Using a connection based in a perspective from Microsoft Analysis Service (MSAS) cause an error for Analysis for OLAP Web Edition.
  • Error message; "Java.Lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot Find hierarchy with name [Organization].[Currency Code] in dimension [[Organization]]. (ODA100039)"
