1703519 - Disabling the HTTP service in SAP Web Dispatcher

Symptom

After disabling the HTTP service in the SAP Web Dispatcher the following error is noticed in the SAP Web Dispatcher trace:

*** ERROR => IcmCreateSubhdlInitMsg: no HTTP/HTTPS service active [icrxxmsg_mt. 5112]
*** ERROR => IcmConnClientRqCreate: No service for protocol HTTP started [icxxconn_mt. 2666]
*** ERROR => IcmConnClientRqCreate() failed (rc=-1) [icrxx_mt.c   6909]
*** ERROR => Could not connect to SAP Message Server at <SERVER NAME>. URL=/msgserver/text/logon?version=1.2 [icrxx_mt.c   3869]
*** ERROR => rc=-1, HTTP response code: 0 [icrxx_mt.c   3870]
