When promoting objects LCM import fails with the following rights errors:

Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure :
Job promotion failed. The reason for failure :com.businessobjects.lcm.utilities.LCMException:
com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.infostore.internal.InfoStoreException:
Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Edit objects' (ID: 6) for 'EP -
Finance Planning' (ID: 67370). Please contact your administrator if you
require this right.
