1704607 - An error has occurred when creating a new transformation or conversion file

• When trying to create a new transformation file on EPM Add-in connected to EPM BPC NW, the following error message is displayed:
  
  
  "An error has occurred when creating a new transformation file"
  "Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC"

• When trying to create a new conversion file on EPM Add-in connected to EPM BPC NW, the following error message is displayed:
  The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
  There was no endpoint listening at http://<server name>/sap/bpc/files?method=get&return_file_content=true&zip_file=false that could accept the message.
  This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.
  The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
• You can still manage existing transformation files and conversion files.
• This error occurs even with the task profiles properly set.
