1705042 - CMS crashes shortly after AD graph update when large group is mapped from remote AD forest

Symptom

  • In this case customer has multiple forests and the domain users group from the remote forest (over 10K users) appears to be causing the issue
  • The issue occurs in multiple customer environments XI 3.1 SP3 FP3.5 and XI 3.1 SP4
  • The issue was not reproducible in house and is currently considered environmental
  • Issue is occurring in with 32 bit BOE installed on windows 2003 32 bit
