1705353 - Scheduling a Crystal Report to a pdf format creates a report instance without data

Symptom

  • Scheduling a Crystal Report to a PDF format from either CMC (Central Management Console) or BI LaunchPad creates a PDF instance without data.
  • The new instance includes all the formatting, but is not populated with data.
  • Scheduling the same report to other formats (Crystal Report, MS Excel) works correctly.
