1705370 - Problems accessing users, groups, AD, LDAP, and SAP plugins when large number of users exist in BI 4.0 SP2

• These problems can start with as little as 20,000 users but get much worse when total # goes over 50,000 we have had issues reported with less
• The problem exists in BI 4.0 SP2
• Removing the group will eventually resolve the problems
• Creates other general performance issues with BI 4
• Error "java.lang.nullpointerexception" waiting for AD plugin or actions related to AD groups and users
• Problem can occur with AD, SAP, LDAP, enterprise, and all user types
• Issue was extremely complex and could not be resolve on patch so upgrade to SP4 or higher is required.
