Symptom

  • Chart titles, labels or legends with CJK (Chinese/Japanese/Korean) characters or custom (user) fonts are not shown correctly in Web Intelligence.
  • Instead of the Asian characters an empty square box character is shown in the charts.
  • Instead of the custom fonts a fallback font is used in the charts.
