Symptom

  • Error when rescheduling an instance in PDF of XLS or CSV format from Caching page option
  • Error : "An error has occured : com.crystaldecisions.sdk.plugin.desktop.pdf.internal.PDF cannot be cast to com.businessobjects.sdk.plugin.desktop.webi.IWebi" for PDF output format
  • Error : "An error has occured : com.crystaldecisions.sdk.plugin.desktop.excel.internal.Excel cannot be cast to com.businessobjects.sdk.plugin.desktop.webi.IWebi" for Excel output format
  • Error : "An error has occured : com.crystaldecisions.sdk.plugin.desktop.pdf.internal.Text cannot be cast to com.businessobjects.sdk.plugin.desktop.webi.IWebi" for CSV output format
  • Same issue when rescheduling from the CMC with the same steps
