Symptom

The AC configuration parameter 2040, 'Assignment Comments mandatory on rejection' is set to 'YES'. However, On Rejecting a role as an approver in Access Request, and entering the comments, the following error is displayed: "line items comments are mandatory for rejection for assignment: <ROLE_NAME>".
