Symptom

  • Fail to login to the SAP BusinessObjects BI Server.
  • When attempting to logon to the SAP BusinessObjects BI Server from Crystal Reports for Enterrpise, it fails with the error:
          
    "The web service URL does not appear to be valid: http://<Server Name>:<Port Number>/dswsbobje"
