Symptom
Portal Runtime Error appears when a portal object like iView or a portal application is accessed at runtime.
You can check the following exception in default trace file:
Error looking up url: <pcd path to the object or the application>
EXCEPTION]
com.sapportals.portal.pcd.gl.PermissionControlException: Access denied (Object(s): <pcd path to the object or the application>
