1707013 - Some users get error "Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Add objects to the folder' (ID: 1) for '<report name>' (ID: nnnnn)." when scheduling WebIntelligence report in BOE 3.x

Symptom

  • Some users with schedule rights granted cannot schedule: the schedule will fail with error "Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Add objects to the folder' (ID: 1) for '<report name>' (ID: nnnn). Please contact your administrator if you require this right"
  • Other users belonging to the same group and with same access level have no issue
  • Making the affected users members of the Administrators group does not help, error still received
  • KBA 1534316 followed with no succes
