1. Prepared a Non-EN Windows machine (e.g.; JPN, CHS, etc.)
2. Install JPN Visual Studio 2010
3. Configure the help library: open Manage Help Settings from VS2010(CTRL+F1, then press "M"), select Local Content Location(default setting is OK)
4. On settings, select "I want to use local help"
5. Install Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010
6. Open Manage Help Settings from VS2010(CTRL+F1, then press "M")
7. Select "Remove content" - Crystal Report help item is not present

• The issue has been escalated for a resolution
• Reference ADAPT01490871

• Issue is resolved in Service pack 1 for Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010
