1707688 - Customized Request for Change transaction cannot be confirmed

Symptom

  • You are using a customized Request for Change transaction ZMCR/YMCR and you have noticed that when the Normal Change/Urgent Change is completed the Request for Change document is not set to status “Implemented”.
  • There is no action to confirm the Request for Change in status “Being Implemented”.
  • The issue does not happen when using the standard transaction type SMCR.
