Symptom

Open a Dashboards document which contains Live Office connection in BI launch pad, after 20 minutes get the error message.

  • Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315) 

From tomcat logs, the following error can be checked:
com.businessobjects.liveoffice.modules.webi.DocumentInformationException : Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315)
