Symptom

  • A WebIntelligence report with data prompt and built on an UNV OLAP universe against a BEx query throws the error "An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)" on its refreshing through BI Launch Pad
  • The issue does not occur if the report refreshed in WebIntelligence Rich Client
