Symptom

  • Exporting a Web Intelligence crosstab report in Page mode to PDF file takes long time.
  • Exporting a Web Intelligence crosstab report in Page mode to PDF file displays blank pages sometimes with a huge number of pages.
  • As the number of objects on the row increases the problems becomes acute. For example, with only one object on the row, it is possible sometimes to get the correct PDF output but if there are many objects on the row of the crosstab, the export to PDF fails.
