1708741 - WebIntelligence Interactive Viewer/Editor - issue when adding a drill filter in a Webi report with query stripping enabled.

Symptom

The message “This object is not part of the local database and cannot be used to create a quick filter. To use this object, please add it to report and refresh the report” when trying to add an object as a quick filter that was re-added to report and refreshed per Query Stripping guidleines in the WebIntelligence Interactive Viewer.

The same workflow works in the Java Report Panel or WebIntelligence Rich Client.
