1710012 - EPM Add-in - Scope/Entity combination failure

• You have a reporting requirement that requires a SCOPE and ENTITY combination in the columns. 
• When creating a report with ENTITY and then SCOPE in the columns or rows you are able to retrieve data. 

• When you switch this to SCOPE followed by ENTITY, then there is no data.

• The following error message is displayed:

The report that was defined is invalid - at least one of the axis contains no members

• Additionally, on EPM Add-in log file, the following error message is displayed:
