Symptom

  • You have configured the Inbound approver as per link : Offline approval - general configuration
  • The incoming 'EBP_GEN_REPLY' offline approval mails are not processed by the SRM system.
  • The incoming emails are appearing in the SOIN transaction, but the documents are still in 'AWAITING APPROVAL' status.
