1710440 - No parameter prompt for a report set to "prompt when viewing" when defining sOutputformat =E or =P

Symptom

  • When calling a parameterized report through an OpenDocument URL, if the parameter is set to "prompt when viewing," the user should be prompted to define the parameters.
  • After XI 3.1 Service Pack 2, in .NET only, the user is no longer prompted when using a URL that defines sOutputFormat=E or P.  sOutputFormat=H works as expected by prompting the user for the parameter.
