1710474 - A-OLAP freezes the the prompts screen when refreshing the LOCs thata re based on a large hierarchy

• Advanced Analysis (AA) workspace hangs at the prompt screen when refreshing list of values to populate the prompts dialog box.  This happens to prompts that are based on a large hierarchy with many levels and members.
• Problem does not happen during the initial creation of the workspace but only on subsequent refreshes.
• Transaction SM50 on BW shows a "CL_RSDM_READ_MASTER_DATA" sequential read in BW that takes a very long time and does not return.
