1711093 - A date prompt in the Bex query is showing up in UTC time when viewing in Webi report.

Symptom

When creating a Webi report using BICS, built against a BW query where the Default Date range has been defined at the Bex query when using a User Exit function or a variable, the date shows as what appears to be UTC time.
