Symptom
- The CMS (Central Management Server) fails to start after a reboot following a recent installation or support package upgrade
- In the CCM (Central Configuration Manager), in the properties of Server Intelligence Agent (SIA), on configuration tab, getting the error: Failed to retrieve the cluster name from the database. Reason: Parser failed to initialize.
- In the SvcMgr logs in Logging directory following error is noticed:
