1711245 - Escape Route Request gets closed without provisioning

1. You receive a request on the Escape Route because the requester did not add any system. The Administrator wants to add the system and approve the request, so the request should be provisioned in the backend system. But the request gets closed without provisioning in the backend.

2. Facing error in the Audit log as "Escape path cannot be same as the current path".
