Phase OBJECTS_LOCKED_?: Explanation of Errors
The following objects are currently locked in requests. You can only import the queue when the objects are no longer locked.
Eg: Request Names of Locked Transport Objects

- During an add-on uninstallation, SAP Add-On Installation Tool (SAINT) stops in the phase CHECK_LOCKED_OBJ with the following error:
Objects are locked in open change requests
The OCS import process is aborted in phase CHECK_LOCKED_OBJ.
Abort the import due to an error situation (<Date>, <Time>)
