1711944 - Restarting older versions of a PI message

• You have a message in error state in transaction SXMB_MONI e.g. with an error like NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND or EXCEPTION_DURING_EXECUTE
• You have taken the corrective measures to resolve this type of error by following the steps in SAP Note 1523941 PI mapping errors: RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND and NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND, or by correcting the scenario configuration
• You are unable to successfully process the existing error messages by using the Restart (Reschedule XML Message after Error) option in transaction SXMB_MONI
