1712324 - Repository custom functions do not migrate when using Import Wizard in BOE XI 3.1

Symptom

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1, when importing reports that contain repository custom functions, the functions are not imported with the report. The Import Wizard does not report an error, but the report can not be accessed on the imported system.
