1712664 - PostGres : the expression type is not compatible with the object

Symptom

  • Create an objects from Universe Designer on a PostGres database
  • If substring function is used on character data type, when creating a character data type object in Universe Designer , it generate the error message : "the expression type is not compatible with the object"
