Citrix streaming profiler is not officially tested with Business Objects BI 4.0 client/server tools or latest available version Business Objects BI 4.0 SP02 Patch 15 or FP 03.

So this information is not mentioned the 'Product Availability Matrix' PAM guides and it is not supported
