Symptom

  • Leading blank spaces are truncated in Xcelsius 2008
  • No problem prior to Xcelsius 2008 with SP2. Issue only occur in Xcelsius 2008 with SP3

Environment

  • Xcelsius 2008 with SP3

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a QAAWS query to display some rows of data
  2. Import the query in Xcelsius and bind the connection
  3. Insert a spreadsheet table component to display the values
  4. Preview the model and the leading spaces are truncated

Cause

The issue has been identified and tracked under ID ADAPT01369834

Resolution

Apply Fix Pack 3.5 for Xcelsius 2008 ADAPT01369834

New Behavior:

This problem is resolved.
