1713719 - Error "The BI workspaces server is no longer available" in the Home page of BI Launch Pad after login


  • When logging in the BI Launch Pad the Home page cannot be used and the error "The  BI workspaces server is no longer available. Please contact your system administrator to verify server status in the Central Management Console. AA2215" appears
  • The error will also show "View BI workspaces server status" with the detailed information on the status of the DashboardServer and the DashboardAnalyticsServer
  • The rest of BI Launch Pad functionality can still be used, only the Home page is affected
