1713731 - Error "This document includes advanced formatting that requires the Java Report Panel or Query - HTML. (Error: WIH 00004)"

Symptom

While editing a WebIntelligence report in InfoView gets an error "This document includes advanced formatting that requires the Java Report Panel or Query - HTML. (Error: WIH 00004)"

Go to InfoView preferences and expand WebIntelligence Under "Select a default view format" Interactive is missing and under "Select a default creation/edition tool "Advanced, Interactive, Desktop" is missing.
