1714178 - 'Star' error in the center of the screen

Symptom

A "Star" image is displayed in the Centre of the screen, when running dashboard.

Environment

  • Dashboard 4.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a dashboard connecting to qaaws
  2. Deploy that dashboard on BOE
  3. Open the instance of the dashboard
  4. Then go back and quickly open the instance of the same dashboard again in another tab.
  5. Keep refreshing both instances and the error will be displayed

 

Resolution

This issue is scheduled to be addressed in Service Pack 2, Patch 2.18, Feature Pack 3, Patch 3.7 and Service Pack 5. However, this is on a best Endeavour basis and not a guarantee of delivery in this release. The targeted Fix Pack/Service Pack may change without prior notification.
