1714221 - PI FM IDX_IDOC_TO_XML has status "Not released"

• The function module (FM) IDX_IDOC_TO_XML is used in a custom program (non-SAP program).
• After applying a new SAP note or a new SAP Support Package (SP) the FM IDX_IDOC_TO_XML is no longer working as expected. (for example the data returned by the FM is corrupt).
• Also the non-SAP program is no longer working as expected.
