SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When opening a WebIntelligence that is set to "refresh on open" report in the PDF viewer within InfoView, "getblob" 30270 errors sometimes appear and/or duplicate prompts are displayed.
Issues do not appear every time, but they do appear whenever a new WebIntelligence report is opened in IE.
Subsequent views of the same report may open and refresh without any problems.
