1717059 - Unable to affectively manage CMC Encyclopedia user/group Security when having large user/groups in SAP BusinessObjects XI 3.1

• Unable to manage security for large number of groups through encyclopedia security settings.
• It appears as though the CSS..that provides the All, Groups, Users radio button  has not been applied to this page.
• Nor is the "Look for, Find Now or Clear..options available as it is for the discussions and other applications.
• This makes managing a large number of groups..impossible.
